Jennifer Swantkowski changed my life. I believe therapists like her are extraordinarily rare. The relationships with myself, my significant other, my family, and my friends have all grown and expanded in immeasurable ways because of the incredible work Jennifer and I did together. Because of Jennifer, I have been so lovingly guided to transform my once-fragmented, “symptomatic”, unintegrated, highly-anxious self into a whole, mindful, curious, differentiated, individuated, and self-compassionate being. I have learned that all of this health was always within me, but if I had never met Jennifer, I truly believe that my existence would look entirely different. I have profound respect, admiration, and the deepest gratitude for Jennifer Swantkowski.
