I first used Jennifer as my Physical Therapist in 2010 and continued seeing her thru the end of 2016. First for my lower back and later for shoulder with torn rotator cuff. I have done the exercises she prescribed since and I have avoided surgery and I do well with most activities using lower back and shoulder including golf. I highly recommend her if you are serious about getting better with PT. However in my case I have to do the exercises every other day and it is along term therapy to strengthen your core.
