Ideally therapy is a safe and trusting space, but sometimes it’s hard for people to feel that until they have some more healing under their belt. I’m glad you’re here. Keep going. Also, Hippa is of UTMOST importance and I’d never break that. It’s also important to note that the people who left reviews are from social media where I have a community. Not everyone will agree with my thoughts on mental health.
