I initially was referred to the practice by my PCP. He felt that my anxiety was becoming debilitating as I was constantly going to Urgent Care for physical symptoms. He started prescribing my medication to help though we both thought it wasn't enough. Now that I have been working with her I feel my overall health has completely improved. I never thought I would ever wake up with any energy in starting my day. My suicidal thoughts have also gone away. I can't thank her enough. Now when I go to see her I feel so much better. I get to process what things happened from the previous week and connect my negative thinking patterns as to why I maybe so reactive to my family. My relationship with my partner is so much better that we are planning a vacation with the kids. The last time we did that was over five years ago. I would highly recommend her.
