Jera has helped me successfully return to running after being side-lined for >2 years with an overuse injury & history of related injuries. I had seen multiple other PTs, acupuncturists, massage therapists, & sports med physicians before finding Jera. She has been the one who most comprehensively evaluated my situation, customizing a treatment plan that allowed me to progress safely & steadily.
