During a routine eye exam, Dr Outinen discovered a problem I was quite unaware of. He explained the problem clearly and carefully, patiently answered all of my questions, and sent me to the right specialist to get the problem fixed before it got worse. Both then and in more routine exams, he has consistently impressed me with his competence, his communication skills, and his thoroughness. I'd go far out of my way to see him over any other optometrist.
