I have severe lower back pain due to herniation and bulging of my L3-4 and L4-5 discs (had MRI), which has greatly affected my daily life. So far, I have only seen two PT at Kaiser, so my experience is somewhat limited. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for patient care at Kaiser, but as I continued visiting Jeremy, he gradually changed my perspective. He listens well to my concerns, explains everything clearly, and always makes sure I understand. He is very professional and knowledgeable, and also provides in-time mental and emotional support. He is easy to talk to, making every session feel less stressful and more encouraging. I'm also impressed by how well he knows my ongoing condition and the medications I'm taking. He cares my condition far better than my primary care doctor. This level of attention and personalized care has given me confidence in my recovery. I noticed there's no review about him online, so I decided to leave one because I believe he deserves it.
