Jerri introduced me to mindfulness therapy. I had never heard of it. For so many years no one could get thru to me. She did. Her therapy did. I went back home and doubled down on that same therapy at the V.A. And i took the tools learned in therapy and went back to my pain specialist and got a confirmed diagnosis for the pain issues of c.r.p.s. all 4 extremities with abdominal wall. I asked and was sent to Cleveland clinic where that diagnosis was upheld and almost got help then the pandemic hit. I'm not giving up on me ever again tho, thanks to Jerri. I am dealing with my past/ present and my medical issues and I can actually see somewhat of a future regardless of how daunting my health gets at times. I learned to effectively communicate with my medical professionals and now I am treated with the utmost respect. Its not a perfect world yet it is better. And It is never too late for help. Jerri got thru. I am extremely greatful.
