He was very helpful and insightful. I was suffering with anxiety and grief and he gave me the tools to rebuild my confidence and rediscover my joys. He's to the point, but kind. I've recommended him to several others who've had marriage issues and they have all told me he helped get them back on track. I go in every 6 months or so, for tune-ups as he has been helpful as I navigate various detours in life.
