Jess was simply great! She was able to make me comfortable with therapy after a really invalidating experience and help me figure out my diagnosis so I could focus on what was really wrong, which has made a huge difference in my life! I don't see her regularly anymore because a lot of my symptoms got better enough to manage on my own, but she still fits me in when I need to bounce something off of her to get some perspective. I don't know where I'd be today without her.
