I am a new woman! They say people my age don't change. Well in comes Jessica! Her knowledge and expertise have altered my life in so many positive ways. Not only has my sugar level dropped but I have lost 56 pounds. I look and feel so good. The unexpected benefit of my experience has been making a new friend at the ripe age of 72!
