My 1st. visit, I just stopped going to Ladysmith P. T., I felt stalled with no progress. Jessica helped me understand how to reach my goals & I feel we are insync. She gave me many options so I could work at my goals, Not just a sheet of paper with one exercise on it.-Thanks, N. K.
