Jessica is the reason I'm alive today... she is genuinely such a good, kindhearted person. She is so gentle and patient with you and really listens to you from a place of care and empathy. She is amazing at listening and giving helpful feedback, and her mindfulness-based approach has really helped me heal. I never realized how much of my emotional reactions were tied to my physical reactions. Jessica helped me learn how to identify these feelings and accept the strong emotions that come up in therapy. I 10/10 recommend her if you are looking for a therapist for women's issues :)
