OMG! This woman is so good. When I first struggled into her office after rotator cuff surgery with a ruptured bicep repair, I was afraid, in agony, clueless. Dr. Kaplan was comforting, demanding, sensitive, intent on my recovery. No half steps. Spectacular results according to my surgeon. I recently had the other shoulder repaired. In process. PT is an intimate experience. Completely vulnerable, you need to surrender to the practitioner. No reservations whatsoever. Consummate professional.
