I was diagnosed with Bipolar some 30 years ago. I have always only had Psychiatrist. After a suicide attempt maybe 6 months ago i decided i needed a therapist so i found Jessica she is hands down the best thing to come out if my attempt. I wish i had found her sooner. Highly recommend her
