Jessica is absolutely the most caring and knowledgeable person in her field. She is passionate about her patients and goes the extra mile to ensure they are comfortable and happy. She has done extraordinary work in helping my Mom to hear better and understand today's technology. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She is our angel in disguise and has helped to reshape my Mom's and my relationship that hearing loss took away. Highly recommend her to anyone :)
