As a keratoconus patient for over 32 years, words do not justify the provision of exemplary care provided by Dr. Jessica Vickery, OD, corneal and contact management optometrist. In October of 2020, I was diagnosed with corneal hydrops and underwent an emergency cornea transplant. With age and injury against me, I knew it would be a challenging recovery. Dr. Vickery’s compassionate, perseverant, and extraordinary care provided me solace and hope. The staff at Mid-Atlantic Cornea Consultants are professional, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Vickery is resilient and admirable in collaboration with scleral consultants to provide a flawless fitting. Her attention to detail is noteworthy and she has an exceptional sense of responsibility in caring for patients. Dr. Vickery’s abilities allow her to work with patients of all ages and her effectiveness knows no age bracket. Mid-Atlantic Cornea Consultants is significantly enhanced by her skill and leadership.
