Dr Orciuch was FABULOUS! Not only was she professional, personable, reassuring, detailed orientated and patient. When finished answering a question she would ask if she was clear and if I understood it. While asking about my lifestyle she didn't hover over the keyboard she maintained eye contact and seemed genuinely interested. While explaining how to operate my first hearing aids she was extremely patient, reassuring me that we would take all the time necessary for me to be confident in using them. While doctors usually keep about a 5 foot distance unless they have to physically touch you, Dr Orciuch maintained a cordial distance which was completely comfortable giving me the sense of concern. In my 67 plus years I have had many experiences with doctors. The appointment with Dr Orciuch was by far the BEST experience I've ever had in a doctor's office.If a university could teach 'bed side manner' Dr Orciuch needs to be the professor.
