She is friendly, understanding and willing to work on finding solutions to my problems. She not only provides ways to cope with addiction and anger, she also provides resources and takes her time and explains things. She also finds resources for me when I need help, including insurance help. I absolutely adore her and wish she hadn’t moved into management.
