Jill treated me for post-partum depression starting when my first baby was six weeks old. I will be forever grateful to her for the compassionate, practical care she provided. Jill's air of nurturing wisdom was immediately reassuring. I went to her feeling so sick and broken but I knew right away I was going to be ok. She has a calm, authentic, no-nonsense vibe. Her first suggestions enabled me to start getting more sleep almost immediately, which began to turn things around for me within a week. Thus I avoided anti-depressants (not that they're bad, but why take them if you don't need them?) Many things Jill said to me have stayed in my heart. She is skilled and caring.
