The deep, profound, and life-changing, therapeutic accomplishments that I've experienced on my journey with Jill have been an absolute godsend! Her compassionate, holistic approach to cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness has helped navigate me out of the dark waters of my PTSD, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, and the resources and skills she has armed me with will last forever! I have never felt more resilient, healed, and in tune with myself in ALL of my life! I connected with Jill WONDERFULLY, and I cannot recommend her enough!
