Jill has been so awesome, I solved more problems in a couple years with her than I did for decades with other doctors. She has been great about listening to what I want, and helping me navigate the medical field. I've had a lot of unusual things I was dealing with, and she helped me find solutions that worked well for me. She was very willing to look into suggestions I thought might work. She's also very efficient without making me feel rushed. She is easy to talk to and very professional. Sometimes the office has made mistakes with my billing, such as billing her as a private practitioner or billing me twice for the same appointment. Even though that's a little annoying, I wouldn't ding her for that because it is still worth it to see a great practitioner.
