Hi Jillian. Julie Mays here. I have a Dr. appointment on Monday to see Dr. Walker. Hopefully he will give me permission to start walking, even though I have kinda walking on my own without his permission. But you didnt hear that from me. I miss you and the companionship that goes hand and hand with your job. Yea, my leg up top is still "stuck". I had 6 Physical Therapy sessions with Zane. Another amazing person by the way. They helped, sort of. Started with 60 degrees mobility. Ended up with I think the best was 75 degrees. About 1/4 inch improvement. And that was with him forcing it. I would immediately lose it though. My foot is still trying to point towards the ground. A aluminum brace I made and sleep with it on my foot faithfully every night seems to help the tightness in the back of my leg. Being barefoot is not going to happen. Weird sensation the floor has. Everything is still numb. Probably forever. Running out of characters for this email so I will close for now. Take care.
