Dr. Ruland is extremely skilled, great at explaining things, and a good listener to what's going on with your body. He successfully got me out of pain, and back to being active, after some moderate-severe pain in my back and neck. He is very good at adjusting his pressure and technique to the particular patient and to how they are responding and is extremely knowledgeable in his craft. Furthermore, he taught me some stretches to relieve further tension. He is very trustworthy as a doctor.
