Therapy at the farm was so awesome. I learned so much about myself and working with the donkeys and horses outside which helped me with my anxiety. I had anxiety for over 10 years and couldn't shake it even after several bouts of therapy. I no longer have anxiety and Dr. Hall was an excellent therapist. Ive been anxiety free for 6 months and not counting anymore.
