Joan is kind, informative and extremely helpful. I never feel rushed or pushed to do something I don't want to do in a session, and she is truly non-judgmental. She works Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and is adept at calling out thought processes and patterns she sees. She pushes me in great ways and has really helped me get a handle on anxiety and self advocate a lot more. I feel more confident after going to her sessions.
