Professional, knowledgable and personable, my daughter has really been helped by Joann through some very difficult times. Joann has worked collaboratively with my daughter's psychiatrists and has cooperated with providing necessary paperwork for various agencies. It's sometimes a difficult task to find an effective counselor that you click with--my daughter was very lucky to have found Joann.
