I really love Joanna! You can tell she is very experienced, and she is a caring person. She has given be great tips to learn how to cope difficult situations, but makes it clear she's not expecting me to master them in a month or something. It all takes time. It's very easy to talk to her, I feel comfortable around her. I've been a patient of hers for 2 months now and I've been doing it through video chat via the patient portal. When I talk to her about my experiences and how it has affected me, she shows great sympathy and knowledge to help me understand it better. I've had a few therapists in the past, and by far she's the best one I've ever had!
