I too lived in D.C. before returning to Helena and agree with the five-star rating above. Joanna Dove received genuine acupuncture training in this country from doctors originally from China and it makes all the difference. Local practitioners often portray themselves as using Five Elements, which is acupuncture Lite. Anyone who has had "the real deal" knows that their bodies release endorphins as part of the acupuncture process, which gives one a "runner's high" after their visit. When I tried Five Elements from two local practitioners, there was no runner's high. And little relief.
