She is very caring and attentive. I appreciate that she doesn't rush you in and out of the office. She actually takes the time to listen and work on you. She also explains things well. Just a very pleasant experience with a very pleasant lady. Please note that I have actually seen her several times but only once in the last two years, as noted below.
