Jodi, We worked together at length at West Pines years ago. You were the best of the best, always smiling, always explained everything well. At one point I was a client for 2+months, then iop Tonight I was looking for something in Kaiser medical records and came across your name. Notes say I spoke to you and it doesn’t sound like I was very nice. Many things going on and many calls going back and forth between different people. Not an excuse to treat anyone badly. So I offer my sincerest apologies. This may not be correct venue but as you know I would always rate you as a superior doctor who truly cares about their clients. I’m not clear why you were calling but I don’t honestly remember talking to you as I think I’d recognized your name. Since you are not on my care team, I can’t email the apology there. I hope this gets to you. If mental health needs to call, if you identify by both names, I’ll definitely be more open to what you want or need. Most Respectfully, Dianne Duncan
