Jody helped to overcome trauma that has been crippling me my whole life. I was sexually abused as a kid. I then became sexually active in adolescence and became an abuser myself. I hated myself for it, forever. I only say this in case anyone is dealing with something similar and reading this. There’s a light at the end of the tunnel and she can help guide you towards it. You still have to put in the work, but Jody can help guide you through your trauma. One thing that I found particularly helpful is her use of EMDR therapy. If you have trauma and are ready to deal with it, give her a shot. She helped me find my way.
