Joe Hosmer is by far the best massage therapist I have been to. He gives much detail to each muscle and focuses on the trigger points that is causing pain to different areas in your body. I have had pain from several months and the 2 weeks before seeing Joe was very bad pain with muscle spasms. Just 1 visit and I felt 100% better, he really knows what he is doing and really knows the body and can explain why the pain is happening and how you can treat yourself at home as well.
