I used to say that I would never go to a chiropractor but after hurting my back so badly that it wasn’t getting better, my friend suggested I just get a consultation. I explained I don’t like popping and Dr Barrington understood. He was able to make adjustments without having to pop my back. Once I was comfortable I asked him about doing an adjustments and he was able to do it without any discomfort! Going for follow ups once a week until my trainer and I have strengthened my back enough to reduce how many times I go. Wouldn’t go to anyone else!
