Dr Jarvis was excellent. After the tests he explained my hearing deficiencies and the hearing aid options for my disorder. He was truthful about each product and recommended several different types that fit my budget. He never pushed a certain manufacturer or aid and allowed me to make my own descissions I did some homework on line and spoke with another Audiologist. His information was forthright and up to date on aids available. He was very pleasant and patient ever visit.
