Doc is great - has far more training than a regular optician. He diagnosed a family member's high blood pressure just from an eye exam! That's why I recommend him to everybody. However, you do need to take care with the accounting staff - I have yet to be charged the correct amount and for one visit it was like pulling teeth to get them to use the code my insurance required to get reimbursed. But to me, that's separate from his skill as a doctor and my trust in the care we receive.
