after a long wait the VA in Asheville, NC finally referred me out to PT Medina here in Burnsville. Arrived early filled out initial paperwork, and my appt time was on the dot. In an exam room and Mr Medina arrives having ACTUALLY read the paperwork I filled out. Exam went well. Asst Anita was task with an ultrasound therapy of my left shoulder. Very pleasant 3 minutes. I have 13 more visits and hope to have some progress to show for it
