Referred by my doctor. After having migraines for weeks at a time, within 2 months my migraine frequency and duration decreased. John taught me techniques to use on my own to manage my pain. I like that he wants to empower me to care for myself instead of me having to see him every week or every other week for the rest of my life. Now I average 1 migraine every 6 months and I have not had to go to the emergency department due to the severity of the migraines.
