Karina B.Dr. Sullivan has been helping me with my CPTSD . I can honestly say that he saved my life. I got my my life back. I feel about 90% better . I was experiencing panic attacks every day in my life ...anywhere , during elevators , at home , everyday driving to work it was affecting my life to the point I had to cancel or call out from my job. I couldn't be in my car for too long. He was patient , caring and sympathetic. I can LIVE a normal life . My panic attacks went from everyday to ONE to two per every 1.5 month as the most frequent I am able to manage it and use mind distraction, mindful breathing . I highly recommend him , please try at least 3 months of therapy . EMDR saved my life thanks to Dr. Sullivan, he taught me how to meditate through breathing and emotional (specific part of my body ) tapping .I can go on trips , I even took a vacation in NY with the family . Dr. Sullivan was able to assessed me and find out the source of my fears. I give him 10 stars!!!!
