Mr. Thacker is a great listener. In addition to office-time discussion, he had lots of resources and suggestions for furthering treatment outside of the office setting (e.g. suggestions for meditation apps for phone, videos to watch, websites to visit, and worksheets listing various self-help tools). I found that most helpful to continue my mental health journey on a day-to-day basis between appointments. Never felt rushed during appointments. Would highly recommend.
