I was with Jonathan for a little over a year for OCD therapy, CBT and ERP. I made major progress in that time, and he was a pillar of support for me during some of the hardest years and worst relapses I've experienced. With his help I am now able to live a more fulfilled and happy life, and learned tools to be able to better manage my day to day symptoms without my disorder ruling my life. I am very thankful for Jonathan's patience, understanding, and compassion and would highly recommend him to anyone suffering from mental health issues.
