I had several appointments with Jonathan after herniating a disc in my back. I didn’t want to have surgery again but I was in so much pain I thought it was inevitable. Jonathan equipped me with movements to strengthen where I was weak and stretch where I was tight focusing on my knees, hips, lumbar spine and even helped me work through some tennis elbow. He was patient and listened to exactly what I was feeling then challenged me without pushing me out the door. He also takes time with each of his clients. I highly recommend Jonathan if you’re looking to learn about how to take care of your body not just through an injury but long past it feeling better.
