Jonathan is the most kind, caring medical person I may have ever had the good fortune to meet. I went to the Wytheville office to see him. April in the front office is very kind and helpful too. However! There is an older lady in there who is absolutely horrible. Can't remember her name and it doesn't matter to me. She's like a junkyard dog! So mean. So cruel uncaring. Horrible human being! I missed an appointment a year and a half ago because I was out of state having hip replacement surgery. I still need Jonathan Shelton. I desperately need to get back in there to see him but I CAN NOT get past that horrible woman. I wish I could get a message to Johnathan some how. I just don't know how to get past her. Anybody have any suggestions? Please help if you can! Thank you!??
