Dr. Jorge Ordaz has been the most helpful doctor, I believe, I have ever had at Kaiser Permanente. I have been having shoulder pain for over a year and two other doctors ignored me and told me to "take an Advil" when asked to look at it. After finally getting a referral to Orthopedics I saw Jorge, who immediately took my concerns seriously and got me the help/treatment I needed. You have no idea how thankful I am to him for his help. His staff have also been very kind. I would highly recommend.
