I saw DR Camisa for a disc herniation. I had been in severe pain for 2 months prior to seeing him. I chose him because he was a McGill Master Clinician and I am so glad that I did. He is an expert in the physiology and mechanics of the back. He taught me how to move as to not put stress on my back and taught me exercises to strengthen my back. But it is on his table where the magic happens. He uses techniques like dry needling, FSM, cupping and fascia release that improved my pain considerably and sped up my healing time. I am now pain free and am getting stronger every day. I am so grateful to him and DR Rob for helping me through this incredibly painful experience and with their guidance, I will hopefully prevent a re-herniation in the future.
