Dr. Kim listened to my concerns and explained my condition and treatment clearly without being patronizing, which was a pleasant surprise for me as a young woman who's used to medical professionals not taking me seriously. All questions were answered directly and thoroughly. In addition, he handled it professionally when I had difficulty with parts of the prescribed treatment and didn't invalidate my symptoms. Dr. Kim was the first doctor to offer effective help in managing my breathing condition after over a decade of struggling. Given consistency of effort with the provided breathing/vocal exercises, I finally have hope that I can get my condition under control.
