It’s taken a long time to write this review for Joseph, I could never quite get down what I wanted to say. I have deep gratitude for him walking with me through the often times painful, deep work of healing from cPTSD. Staying in therapy with him has been the single most important thing I’ve done for myself despite plenty of times I almost quit because therapy is HARD work, I’m stubborn, and we’ve butted heads more than a few times. I’ve wanted to quit, but I learned more and grew more through the repair of these small interpersonal fractures with him. If I didn’t have the strong therapeutic relationship with him I couldn’t have done any of this work. Period. It’s been weird, sometimes unconventional, often painful but always helpful in the end. Joseph is caring, intuitive, blunt, honest, loving, and most of all just real. You’d be hard pressed to find a harder working therapist who cares more deeply for his clients. He’s a real one. You will feel heard and seen and that
