Extremely professional, non-judgmental, kind, and thoughtful. Dr. Mangine is a good counselor. I have worked with counselors in the past who really didn't know how to move the conversation in a helpful direction for me to gain real insight into my circumstances, relationships, and how I choose to respond to stressors. I feel I actually learned something--made progress by gaining more life skills (ways of thinking) to cope with life--in just a few sessions with Dr. Mangine than I did in months with other counselors. Not all counselors work for everyone, but I believe Dr. Mangine has the experience/knowledge/character to know how to adapt and be helpful to a great number of different people.
