Joe is incredibly patient and empathetic. For my personality, sometimes I need someone who will give me a straight answer which he will do even if it's not what I want to hear. But, he is not harsh either which is a great balance. He is very good at looking at a situation from multiple perspectives. Bipolar and BPD are very hard illnesses to manage, but my life has tremendously improved since working with him. His office is also a very comforting environment.
