The receptionist greeted us with a friendly smile as soon as we walked in the door and warmly welcomed us as she gave her name since she knew this was our first visit. I was nervous. The paperwork (no computer tablet, yay!) was straightforward and easy to fill out. The friendly receptionist chatted briefly, realizing we were moving to the area from a bigger city. She had us laughing and I wasn’t nervous anymore. Tammy, the receptionist, made my day better. Dr. Parmelee was friendly and understanding of my many eye problems. He did the exam, talked about about medication to help and made his recommendations, patiently answering my many questions. The lady who helped with choosing eye glasses was nice (Natalie?). She asked what I had in mind, and picked a few samples to start trying on. The first pair she chose were perfect! When I picked up my glasses they were very busy but still friendly. I’ll go back to Dr. Parmelee and his staff.
